Parkour Workshop in Langholm
A two-hour practical workshop introduction to parkour for adults, led by Access Parkour, Scotland’s leading coaching organisation in parkour and movement (@accessparkour)
The introductory session is for influential adults’ in the field of children’s play activities (Youth Club, PE departments, sports and nature organisations, etc), providing an opportunity to share experiences in supporting young people to thrive.
